About Me

In 1997, I graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy (UCMT). At that time, I became nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. My massage career started in a small room I rented out of a salon in Missoula, MT. In March of 1999, I was recruited by Canyon Ranch to work as a massage therapist during one of their recruiting trips at UCMT. In April of 1999, I moved to Las Vegas and was one of the 50 massage therapists that opened Canyon Ranch SpaClub at the Venetian.

During my career at Canyon Ranch, I was trained by some of the top trainers and learned treatments such as:

Rasul, the Lulur, Ayurveda, Stone Massage, Ashiatsu, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Balneotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Mother Massage and other massage modalities and body treatments. I found during that time that I wanted to expand my portfolio and incorporate skin care services. In 2004, I enrolled in aesthetics school at Euphoria Beauty Arts and Sciences in Las Vegas and graduated in 2005.

In 2006, Qua Baths & Spa opened inside Caesars Palace and became the first spa on the Las Vegas strip to offer a dual licensed provider (massage therapist and aesthetician) a treatment utilizing both licenses. I was hired in August of 2007 as an Aesthessage (name created by the spa director, Jennifer Lynn, aesthetician and massage therapist put together). Later on I became the Aesthessage lead for Qua Spa. For over 14 years, I customized treatments at work performing the Hourglass Treatment. A time block service that was customized to your massage and skin care needs. There at Qua I was trained in Chakra Balancing and Kabbalah Somatic Technique which was a great complement to Ayurveda.

On April 1st, 2021, I traveled across the states to Clearwater where I worked as the dual lead inside Pallavi Luxury spa. Transferring with the company as the dual lead for Sea Spa Miami inside the Loews Resort on November 18th, 2022, I moved to South Beach, Miami. I currently work as a dual for Tierra Santa Healing House inside the Faena Resort.

Now, I am taking the skills and knowledge I obtained throughout the years to train others whether they are professionals in the field or those who are seeking to learn more about the body, mind, spirit connection in spa treatments. I love bodywork and skin care and within these 26 years of continued practice, it is time for me to transition out of the hands-on work and into training. I hope you will be a part of this new journey with me.

During my time at Qua, I fell in love with skin care and became fascinated by the science behind it. I enrolled in school at the local college where I gained an associate’s degree in science and arts before transferring to UNLV (University of Nevada Las Vegas) where I majored in biochemistry. It was up until my senior year of studying where I had to choose between my career and my hobby of learning and I chose the later. I had acquired the knowledge and background of biochemistry and have been using it since everyday when I work.
